Thursday evening late winter yoga series

Join us Thursday evenings in the Liberty Park Clubhouse in Braintree, Mass., for an hour of mindful movement, closing with a few minutes of relaxation with optional essential oils. Sessions are open to students of all levels, 18 and older. Register now and pay just $12 per class ($72 for the series). If you can’t attend a class in person, I’ll send you a link to the class recording.
