How does a 10-week Yoga Teacher Training work?

How does a 10-week Yoga Teacher Training work?

Uncategorized
I'm a new mom, so I am always on the go - even before having my daughter Kinsley - I always had 8 million things to do at one time. When I enrolled in my Teacher Training in 2013, I was in school with a double degree (go Terps!), working 15-20 hours at a Country Club Fitness center and teaching Pilates 10-15 hours a week. Oh, and then I decided to get a boxer puppy, just because! I can totally relate to being "too busy" for something, but I decided to enroll anyway and it changed the entire trajectory of my life. Wicked Om Yoga's 10 week program covers everything that other trainings do, just in a condensed period of time and with an accessible schedule (2 weeknights and 1...

WHAT IS REIKI Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is energy healing for our body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a simple noninvasive light touch or no touch Japanese technique.
