Power Yoga – (Heated) (All Levels)

A class with emphasis on fluid sequential movement between postures guided by breath. It is teacher inspired with options, variations and modifications offered for students of all levels. Grab your mat, water and a towel and come play,detox and self-explore. Temperature/humidity: varies depending on winter months(90-95) / summer months(80-85) and at the teachers discretion, to allow for a safe and effective practice.
