Muscle Conditioning, focus on increasing muscle strength and endurance, building lean muscle mass, sneakers recommended

This class will focus on increasing muscle strength and endurance. It is geared toward building lean muscle mass. Having additional muscle mass will boost your metabolic rate therefore burning more calories in any activity or while your body is at rest. Class begins with 10 minutes of core conditioning followed by work to increase all major muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes). Balancing the strength of opposing muscle groups as well as upper and lower body keeps the body structurally aligned and prevent injury. No experience required. The studio has 2, 3, 4, 5, 8,10 lbs weights as well as limited 12 and 15 lbs but you are free to bring your own. Resistance bands will also be used. Sneakers recommended
