At Chakra Power Yoga, we offer intelligent, creative, feel-good flow classes with the intention of being a full-menu studio where practitioners can participate in classes that fulfill a variety of energetic needs. Sometimes you need strength, sometimes you need space, and sometimes you need surrender; but all these needs should be met by welcoming, kind, and capable teachers in an environment that is laid-back, safe, supportive, and a lot of fun.
