Beach Yoga at Plymouth Long Beach

Join Gail Belaif for a wonderful start to the weekend!

Each Saturday Gail hosts a beach yoga class at the far end of Plymouth’s Long Beach. Partial proceeds to Habilitation Corp Special Olympics.

Class runs 8-9 ish am each Saturday beginning May 26th through mid September 2018
