A traditional Hatha Yoga . class with a good mix of supine, seated and standing postures for all levels of students from true beginner to seasoned practioners who are looking for a gentle approach to practice but still embracing strength and balance postures. This class is a great way to learn or revisit the basics. Strong focus on proper alignment and pranayma (breath)
