Muscle Conditioning, increase muscle strength and endurance, build lean muscle mass, sneakers recommended

This class will focus on increasing muscle strength and endurance. It is geared toward building lean muscle mass. Having additional muscle mass will boost your metabolic rate therefore burning more calories in any activity or while your body is at rest. Exercises are included for all major muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes) as well as the core. Balancing the strength of opposing muscle groups as well as upper and lower body keeps the body structurally aligned and prevents injury. No experience required. The studio has 2, 3, 4, 5, 8,10 lbs weights as well as limited 12 and 15 lbs but you are free to bring your own. Resistance bands will also be used. Sneakers recommended but not required.
