Muscle Conditioning increase muscle strength and endurance, build lean muscle mass, sneakers recommended,45 minutes

This class will focus on increasing muscle strength and endurance. It is geared toward building lean muscle mass. Having additional muscle mass will boost your metabolic rate therefore burning more calories in any activity or while your body is at rest. Class begins with 10 minutes of core conditioning followed by work to increase all major muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes). Balancing the strength of opposing muscle groups as well as upper and lower body keeps the body structurally aligned and prevents injury. No experience required. Resistance bands will also be used. Please wear sneakers.
