Postnatal Yoga Series with Baby

A wonderful, gentle way to exercise that nourishes your post natal body. Utilizing meditation, pranayama(breath work), and yoga poses to relax and release tension, strengthen and tone your whole abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and overall body. Newborns to 6 months (pre-crawlers) are welcome to join, as we can incorporate them into the yoga practice, encouraging more connection and bonding time between you and your little one.
Please bring a receiving blanket and and any toys that your baby enjoys. And please make sure you check with your doctor to make sure you are clear to resume or begin a yoga practice.
