Renew & Restore Your Flexibility , Warm Room, All Levels

Muscular exertion associated with physical activity (walking, power yoga classes, running etc.) causes shortening of the muscles which can lead to discomfort, pain or injury. In this class, we will practice flexibility postures to lengthen these compression areas and elongate the muscles that we continuously shorten. If you don’t practice yoga because “you are not flexible” this is the class for you! This class is even more important if you frequent the power yoga classes and/or participate in any other physical activity. Flexibility postures enable us to attain and endure the strength poses. This class consists mainly of supine and seated postures although there is the possibility of some standing poses. No experience or fitness level is required.  This is mainly a floor based and there are modifications if any are included in practice to remain on the floor/mat.
