Power Yoga – Moderate (Moderate Heat) (Level 1 & 2)

A class for all levels from beginners and experienced students. Instruction given while moving from one posture to the next. The class will be designed around a flow with basic postures. Moderate intensity and moderate heat.

Somewhat more challenging than an Intro Class. 85-90 or more degrees.
