Sunday Chill Slow Flow, heated all levels

A combination floor based and standing practice with a relaxed approached to an early Sunday morning, taking time to dive in and enjoy each posture. Strength, balance and flexibility will be offered. Students have the option to up level at anytime or to make it chill & relaxing.
