STUDIO DESCRIPTION
The Yoga Room was created by Heather Webb, with a dream of sharing all that yoga has introduced into her life and changed her throughout her journey.
If you are new to yoga and would like to drop in to one of our wonderful classes, we invite you to try any of our beginner classes or classes focused for all levels. If you have a particular goal or health concern in mind, consider a consultation before your first class. And always inform your instructor at the beginning of class on how you may be feeling that day. For our body, no day is ever the same and we honor that.
