Health and wellness podcasts are a great way to learn new things… and perhaps encourage you to move a little more. There are podcasts about nearly every topic imaginable. We love how you can incorporate them into your daily routine and still knock some items off your to-do list. 

But - they can be overwhelming given how many options there are in the universe 🙂
